Reshaping your mask??

Post by TedVPAP » Sun Jul 04, 2010 12:33 pm

I tried using the hybrid but leaks too much. I think my face is too thin/narrow for it. I was think about trying to reshape the mask using a heat gun. Make it more curved so that it is tighter against my checks.

Has anyone tried this?

Thanks

I am interested in seeing the replies to this one. It seems that a heat gun would melt it, to me.

1. Use a smaller cushion.
2. If that doesn't work the Hybrid probably isn't for you. Instead of destroying a perfectly good mask, why not trade if for one that might fit?

Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

Have you tried the Mack's silicone ear plugs to build up the seal for a better fit? I think I would try that before you start playing Dr Frankenstein on the mask.
