Age = let's just say undeniably grown-up
Male/Female = Female
What is your sleep disorder = OSA
How long have you had it = hmmm...probably 20 years, but just diagnosed 8 months ago
How does it effect your sleep = What sleep? NIghts were more like a perpetual adrenaline-soaked twilight zone
Is there any treatment for your sleep disorder? If yes, what is it = CPAP therapy
Is there a cure or permanent solution for your sleep disorder = Yep, permanent tracheostomy. But I'm not ready to do that at this point, thanks.
Do you know of any long term health effects? If yes, please list = Before CPAP I was diagnosed with depression, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, migraines, and eczema. Since I started CPAP therapy ALL (yes, all!) of these conditions have improved.
