Working under the theory that my flattening graph show flow limitation and therefore obstruction, I've continued to increase my minimum pressure. I'm now at 16, and I've started having leak problems, which clouds the data a bit. Last night I pulled and pushed on my Swift FX mask and could not get it to leak using reasonable pressure. My mouth is not at all dry, but I wonder if I have developed mouth leaks. I have a beard, so I can't tape to find out.

Here's a recent night's data:

What bothers me is that during the periods when there is no leak, my flattening graph is still not so hot. I don't think I should go higher with the pressure until I get the leak situation resolved.

To help me determine what's happening, I bought a cheap but decent webcam from which I have removed the IR filter. Without the filter the cam will detect near IR. I also bought an IR LED (850 nm) "light" source (cheaper than buying the individual parts) on eBay. Using the free Yawcam software I should be able to film myself (at one frame per second or so) in total darkness.

Who knows what I'll find?
