So, I have discs with the raw data from both of my sleep studies. Not sure what to do with it...suggestions appreciated.
Thanks!

Re: Have raw data on disc + viewer, now what?
You would need the program it was recorded on to actually read the data. When you say "+ viewer" in the subject did you mean a viewer that you recieved from the sleep lab or Encore Viewer? If you mean the later, it won't work. Without the software you would need to talk it to a sleep lab to view it and even than the sleep lab would have to use the same software it was recorded on. If you don't have the software and can't find a sleep lab with the software you could always use them as coasters.
On the other hand they MAY have archieved the video on the disks, that's always fun to watch. I have been out of the sleep lab game for a couple of years now though, so there may be a common format that the data is stored as now which can be viewed using Adobe or something similar. Can you tell what format the data is saved in?

Canada...I can't say anything nice, so I won't say anything at all.

Re: Have raw data on disc + viewer, now what?
Sorry I wasn't clear...the sleep lab included a viewer program on the disc with the data. I don't really know what it all means....
In another thread, Muffy asked if I could get the data file. So I'm hoping she'll chime in here.
Thanks,

Re: Have raw data on disc + viewer, now what?
Can you upload it to a file-sharing service? Hopefully, the video is NOT included, cause that makes the file enormous.
You may want to pick a file-sharing service that is by permission-only, if you think that might be appropriate.

Re: Have raw data on disc + viewer, now what?
Muffy, I'm working on getting it set up...the folder does contain the video in multiple .avi clips. But I'm not sure which files are needed, though.
Here are the options:
Header.dat (5kb)
Histogram.slp (187kb)
Logfile.mdb (2,216kb)
logfile.qqq (1kb)
logfile.tfn (877kb)
O_J_060210_2003.xml (3kb)
record.log.txt (52kb)
record.tfn (490kb)
AK-Guy, yes...I don't understand much of what I see in the TwinLook screen....

Okie dokie...I will put them up soon.
The viewer they sent with it is called TWinLookCMD. Other than than I don't know what software was used.
