nasal mask

Hi , I am new to all this, I just went for my secound study and was fitted for a mask. They had my use the nasal mask. I am not sure thats the one for me, Any one uses nasal mask, I need some input on this. Thanks Robin I also woke up that morning after using the mask for the 1st time with a headach. Is that normal?

Which nasal mask did you use? I use the Swift and would be hard-pressed to give it up. I wake up with a head ache occassionally - usually because my alarm wakes my from a deep sleep.
