Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has heard about the new Redmed Full Face Mask that's supposed to be coming out later this summer/fall. My DME provider told me that a new one is coming out but she has very little info on it other than it's supposed to be a FF mask without a forehead support, supposed to be very light and according to her, basically amazing.
Anyone ever heard of it? Got any additional info??
I'm looking forward to this A LOT!!
Thanks.
Rae

Likewise. I've pretty much worked the bugs out of my Quattro but it's still not nirvana.

That new Resmed Full Face is probably like Resprionics full life, yes light weight but still hurts the bridge and a problem putting the inner face back on.

Rae, I would be willing to bet that your DME person would be singing acollaids about anything they are trying to sell. ResMed makes some good stuff. But their mask cushions quality has been shown to be of serious concern over the past year. Read up on related threads here.
DeVilbiss IntelliPap Std Plus with Smartflex; Transcend miniCPAP & Everest2 w/humidifier & batt for travel. UltraMirage FFM; PadACheeks; PaPillow. Using straight CPAP at 13.0/passover humidifier. AHI consistently < 1.5. Began CPAP 9/4/08.

It did hurt the bridge of my nose eventually but putting the inner part wasn't ever a huge problem for me...terio2 wrote:That new Resmed Full Face is probably like Resprionics full life, yes light weight but still hurts the bridge and a problem putting the inner face back on.
Re: New Resmed FF Mask Coming
Maybe, but she's not really like that. Plus, we've gone through loads of different masks and the DME has even given me a few of them...no charge. So they bend over backwards for me I don't really see that being an issue. I've had more problems with the Respironics masks personally than the ResMed ones but that's why they make different models - everyone's different.plr66 wrote:varaonaid wrote:Hello,
