EncoreView not showing dailies

EncoreView not showing dailies

When I read my card, EncoreView shows my dailies for the last week. When I put my friend's in to read, it only showed the usage since 1 Jan, but no dailies. As far as I know, it's the same model of machine. Anyone have any insight? A machine option? - Mike

You might want to double check that. Sounds like hers might be the "Plus" model.
