I've taken my SD card out of my S9 a couple times so far, downloaded the data and put it back in the S9 with no trouble. But a couple days ago I did that and now it doesn't record any data. For two nights it just has a dash for the AHI and doesn't give a number for the hours of usage. I may have clicked on something while Rescan was reading the data card that I shouldn't have, but I'm not sure.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!
Help - S9 SD card stopped recording data
Re: Help - S9 SD card stopped recording data
I had problems with the Resmed SD card supplied with my S9. I went out and bought a 2GB name brand SD card and have not had any problems since. When I put the new one in the machine i found that the S9 formats it and just starts using it.pam933 wrote:I've taken my SD card out of my S9 a couple times so far, downloaded the data and put it back in the S9 with no trouble. Are you saying the LCD readout on your S9 has a dash for AHI ??pam933 wrote:I've taken my SD card out of my S9 a couple times so far, downloaded the data and put it back in the S9 with no trouble. If you read the LCD at different times... you will get different readout.
After 12 noon it will only read back to what you have done since 12 noon...

Re: Help - S9 SD card stopped recording data
Is there a little slider lock switch on the side of your SD card?

If there is, it might just be in the "lock mode" which may prevent it from recording new data.

Re: Help - S9 SD card stopped recording data
Thanks all! I asked my husband if we had an extra SD card that I could use instead of the Resmed card and he said that he would look for one but that I should put the SD card back in my computer and see if it worked or was corrupt. So I did that and the computer said that it was unformatted and did I want to format it. So I formatted it and put it back in the S9 and it recorded my data just fine last night. I must have accidentally unformatted it somehow. I put the formatted card back in the S9 and came back a couple hours later and when I pushed the button on the S9 (can't remember what I pushed, maybe the button to warm up the humidifier water) it said something like "Reading SD card" which it hadn't done before.
Easy fix! Thanks for your help!

These little cards can easily become corrupt if you remove it while the computer or machine is trying to use it. (like when it said "Reading SD card") so its a good idea to make sure its not writing data to it when you remove it.
