No detailed reports show up

Hi Everyone, New to this site as of today new to the CPAP world as of about two months ago wow there's a lot of great information here. Which brings me to my question if someone would be so kind to help. I just got my S9 two days ago and I found the ResScan 3.10 on the internet, it installed just fine but when I go to see my detailed reports I don't see any. When I downloaded my data from the SD Card it says the detailed reports hasn't started yet can you help me find my reports?

Hi bbuck...

It is a very general question.
Are you familiar enough with ResScan?
Look in Patients and Examples and pull up the Detailed reports to see them.
There are many threads here on the S9 and ResScan that contain all the info.
Once you do, you will be more comfortable with the software and its' intricacies.

Meantime...
Was the card "locked"...
When you DL from the SD to the date specified... it will show on the left, in the Browser Window, with an icon above that will show either Detailed Data or just Summary data that was loaded...

If you print out the ResScan Clinical Guide and read carefully... all the answers are either there or in the threads in this forum.

Was the card "locked"...

Thank you Nord for the help so far, no the card isn't locked, and in the Browser Window it only show just summary data that was loaded.
I can Look in Patients and Examples and pull up the Detailed reports to see them. but when I try that from my card I don't see anything but summary information.

In the device selection window that opens up when you click download be sure to select "all data" not just "summery data"

Was the card in the machine during your sessions? I made the mistake early on of thinking that the detailed data was stored in the machine, but it's only on the card.

Made sure to select all data not just summery data

I can see my summary reports but clicking on the detailed reports tabs just show no data available.

Yes I only had the machine for 2 nights now and both times the card was in.

You don't need the SD card to see examples. Leave the card out of your computer and open ResScan to see Patients and Examples... are you saying that yopu do not see any Detailed Data for any examples??

No I can see the Detailed data for examples Just not my own from the SD card.

After trying everything everyone was asking about over and over the detailed reports loaded and now I and see them I still don't know what I was yet but I am so glad I found the site and maybe I can help someone in the future. Thank everyone for your help.

Place the SD card in the reader and load ResScan... a window will come up with options to select report... Select "All Available Data" and check "Show this Dialog Box Every Time"... then view data.

Hey guys I need help with this too.
I can't even see any of the examples. It says Windows can not open this file or you are attempting to open a file of type "Data Base File".
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to choose how to open this?

Are you trying to open ResScan 3.10 ???

What Windows program did you have and does your computer meet the minimum sizes for HD and memory ??
