Which Therapy Is Better?

I changed to a Bi-Flex of 3 as you suggested, BigDaddy. One night doesn't necessarily tell the entire story but last night certainly looked promising!

IPAP 17, EPAP 11, PS 5, Bi-Flex 3
4 sleep sessions - 9:28 hrs - CA 0.3 - OA 0.7 - H 1 - FL 0.6 - VS 2.5 - RE 0.7 - AHI 2

The first sleep session was a 75 minute afternoon nap. The second sleep session lasted 4 hours 45 minutes and appears to have been preceeded by several hypopneas and some respiratory efforts and resulted in a trip to the bathroom. I had no problem going right back to sleep for about 2 hours followed by another trip to the bathroom and then easily right back to sleep. No queasies this morning! Hallelujah! Some burping.

I was just about ready to say "screw this" and just use 2L of 02 by nasal cannula and NO PAP of any kind. I have absolutely NO TOLERANCE for nausea due to Crohn's disease. I can tolerate sleep interuptions but NOT the nausea. You have saved the day. At least for now. Fingers crossed that this is the answer.

Wow just a small step in the right direction and your numbers look a lot better. In fact many people struggle to get numbers that good... And more importantly you had increased toleration. Let that settle in for a few days a see how it goes.
