Re: CPAP Bag Tag -- download here
Yow--this "4Shared"website will load one heck of a lot of junk onto your computer if you're not really careful!! Why not just link to a simple document, LinkC? It has been posted before, and in a much safer and simpler format. Will look for it when I have time.

Re: CPAP Bag Tag -- download here
That's a medical ID wallet card, not a medical equipment bag tag.
But if you can find a better filesharing portal, go for it.

Re: CPAP Bag Tag -- download here
Here's one that I found from this forum over a year ago...not sure of its source, but I am 95% certain it is not a copy of any that are for sale by the cpap companies, or I would not have copied it. I found the little blue medical symbol in Google images, and cut & pasted them to the upper front corners of the thing, then laminated it.

Found the tag to be way overkill on my first trip, and find it much less obnoxious to not carry the loud announcement of my medical device. TSA and airports abroad are just completely familiar with these machines. Even on foreign airlines which limit carry-ons more than our domestic airlines, I have never been denied carrying it on as an extra. ALWAYS have a quick backup plan, however, to repack if pushed on this.
PS--You can use this by hitting "Print Screen" button on top of your keyboard (nothing appears to happen)--Open "Paint" from your programs / Click Paste / Click Select Rectangle shape / Crop / and then Print it out. If it's too big, I think you can zoom out. Mine is the size of a business card. On the other hand, you could just make your own and have it say whatever you want....No one will ever read the fine print but you!

Re: CPAP Bag Tag -- download here
For the record, anyone who can read should have no problem with 4share.com. Yes, they are supported by advertising and have clickable ads. Yes, they offer "premium service" and would love you to sign up for that. And a downloadable toolbar. Ignore all that.
YOU merely click on the big blue "Download Now" button. A "nag" counter will start, giving you 10 seconds to think about their instantaneous premium service. Then a "Click here to download this file" button appears.
It ain't rocket surgery!!
