Vpap Auto 25 question

I just got the ResMed Vpap auto 25. For some reason it is not showing my Efficacy Data. It says 0 on everything, even the time used. Is there something I need to do to get this to register? I have looked in the manual and cannot find anything about that. Any info would be great! Thanks!

First, make sure the time is set to the correct time.
Second, you have to check the data before noon. It automaticaly re-sets to "zero" at noon.

The time is correct and I have checked it before noon. Any other suggestions?

Is the VPAP Auto 25 your first PAP device?

Take it back to your local DME provider and ask them to turn on the access to the Leak, AHI, AI, etc.

I had a bipap Pro before this one but it did not have all of the data my new one does. My DME said they do not know how to do it. I think they are just angry because I bought this machine on an auction and did not go through them. Anyone know how I can set this myself? I know how to get into the clinical menu.
