So if you sleep less than 6 hrs you die and if you sleep more than 9 you die. Looks like a case of damned if you do and damned if you don't. Maybe if I sleep exactly 7.5 hrs a night it will balance out between and 6 and 9 and I will live forever.
Just Kidding and it was actually a good article. Kudos for posting it.

While the study does leave a lot of unanswered questions, it is a prod to those who have a choice - any choice - in their sleep schedule to take it seriously.
