When I saw this, I immediately thought...this doesnt work..How is it possible that a simple procdure is available which allegedly works, is not being used by SA sufferers - it must be too good to be true??? right?

I understand that it is about as effective as UPPP -- which is to say that it isn't very effective. One advantage it has over UPPP is that it is reversible.

Junaid, It is very expensive and it didn't work at all for me. My insurance (Blue Shield of CA) wouldn't cover any part of it. I did it because my girlfriend at the time was complaining so much about my snoring. Well, that didn't work out either! I was told it is primarily for snoring and not sleep apnea per se, although they are related conditions.

I said that!

To clarify, I use a modified Infinity 481 nasal prong mask and love it; and I use Encore Pro 2.2 to analyze my sleep statistics.
