This is working!

Post by ched03 » Sun Mar 07, 2010 8:01 pm

I have been on my CPAP every night, all night long since Tuesday night. I thought I was noticing a small difference during the week but this weekend is a sure thing. I have not had to take a nap all weekend. I walked in a 5k MS event yesterday and have been awake enough all weekend to bake and decorate a beautiful cake. If you have your doubts about whether you should be treated, just doing it! You will not regret it!

Congrats, it's always nice to hear the success stories. How was the 5k? I did a 1/2 marathon for Crohns and Colitis last Dec, a just for fun Polar daze 5K in Jan and am going to do another 1/2 marathon this coming fall. Isn't it great to be able to have the energy to do these kind of things?

The walk was great. I have participated in 2 MS 150 rides. I can't wait to see how I feel this year.

Dear Ched03,

Wonderful! I am so impressed. It sounds like your cpap has brought you back to being you again. May you continue to enjoy good health and vigor.

Warmly,

Jersey Girl

That is great!! I'm glad you are feeling better. Therapy has made all the difference in my life as well. I've been doing this for 4 years, and I would not give it up for anything///11 I won't even take a short nap without my machine!!
