Five Years Down, Rest Of My Life To Go

Post by TXKajun » Mon Feb 22, 2010 1:40 pm

Yep, 5 years under the hose are now behind me! WOOHOO! I'd be turning cartwheels if I could. Way back when, I couldn't come close to imagining the difference a CPAP/APAP could make, but now I can't imagine being without it. OK, so I really can imagine being without it...and it ain't purty! LOL

I've recently replaced my old PB 420E with a sweet little Sandman APAP and absolutely love it! I'm gonna have to check into replacing this one more often than 5 years, though. I think that technology is going great guns and that the new machines out today are far better than even the ones from a couple of years ago. Johnny and CPAPTalkdotcom, thanks so very very much for this wonderful forum. Answers are here for folks that don't even know the questions they need to ask....yet. And to all the regular posters (you know who you are!), ya'll are a wealth of information and a haven for those who are struggling. Keep up the good work.

Kajun

First, congrats!

I just started and have several friends and family who have been on this incredible journey. Hopefully newer and better technology is coming earlier than later, read on: http://sleepandsnoringaids.com/sleep-pr ... disorders/
