ONE YEAR ON PAP THERAPY!

Post by tattooyu » Tue Feb 16, 2010 2:12 pm

Hi everyone! I made it! I'm one year into PAP therapy and feeling great. Recently, I had a breakthrough with my panic attacks (hopefully it will be lasting) and have been sleeping better than I have in a while. Oddly enough, it was a nightmare (not related to any apnea events) that gave me a breakthrough.

Without everyone here, I may well have thrown in the towel when I was sleepless, fighting leaks and panic attacks. Now, I'm adjusting, healing and sleeping (and dreaming). I'm forever grateful to you all on here.

Lots of love,

Kenny

Has it been a year already? Seems like you just started Kenny's thread and we all made a new friend.

Congrats to you, Tattooyou!

Unlike Bev, I'm going to say......"Is that ALL?" Seems like you've been here for....ever.....

In any case, happy cpap anniversary. Hope everything is going well with your therapy.

They start going by faster after you get past the first one.

Good work!

I love these anniversaries. I think it helps newbies to read them, too.

It seems like just yesterday I was counting days, then weeks, then months......

Congratulations!

There's no telling how many people YOU've helped with your ongoing story. Others have faced and will face many of the problems you had at the beginning. Your "I'm gonna make this work" attitude, your questions, your support for others... you've inspired many, I'm sure, to make it work for them, too.

Glad you're here, Kenny!!
