I don't think anyone doubts that, its allowing the angle to change. I am just worried about what will keep the pillows at the right angle.

Flexibility is a completely different issue from hose routing, as your own market research should show.

Pay for our return insurance from cpap.com (should be easy to arrange) and we'll let you know how it works for us. That would be putting your marketing where your mouth is.

That is a great idea. They offer returns for B&M DMEs ... ResMed should do the same for online vendors too.
