Help - Mask setting

Post by cybermom53 » Mon Jan 18, 2010 9:16 pm

I got a new mask today to see if it would help with the staying asleep issues, but I forgot to ask how to change the setting on the machine for the new mask. I ot a MIrage Soft Gel Nasal CPAP. Right now, my Elite II is set for Swift because I had nasal pillows. Can anyone tell me how to change it?

Here is a link to the Quick Set Up Guide:

http://www.internetage.ws/cpaphelp/manuals/ResMed/

and the Resmed Guide to Mask Settings:

http://www.resmed.com/assets/documents/ ... sa_eng.pdf

I recommend printing both of these, so you have them for reference.

I know I"m probably being really dense, but I looked at the guide. I can get to the point where it says mask change and then mask apply but no matter which buttons I push next it still says swift...I can't seem to figure out how to get it to the other options!

Clinical menu / Settings / Mask then use the UP and DOWN arrows to select a mask type.

Thanks. I think I just did it! Wish me luck with the new mask.
