An Idea for full face masks that won't stay sealed

I'd be right behind you in line. As many compaints on here about mouth breathing as there are, the onlyh reason nasal pillows are more of a market is because there is not a good face mask to buy. What really urks me, is I have written them three times and don't get an answer. Very bad consumer relations. In my business a consumer wants to buy something, we listen. Not to mention common courtesy. Has anyone else been able to get through to a live body at ResMed?
