Greetings To India,

I send my heartfelt sympathies to your country. It is a terrible tragedy.

What model DeVilbiss are you looking at? The one that we sell at cpap.com is the RPM Bilevel machine. It is very small and very, very quiet.

Hello,

I have used a Devilbiss 9001D for over 2 years and am very happy with it. It is small and very quiet. It is a straight CPAP machine, not auto or bi. The 9000 is very similar but less expensive.

Best regards

Surly, I am not a doctor.

If your doctor cannot tell you what pressure to use, I suggest you set the machine pressure at 10.

A pressure of 10 will probably be ok. It will not overfill you with air.

If you do not get good results at a pressure of 10, talk to your doctor. You and your doctor can experiment with other pressures.

Is this a prank ?

The machine you mentioned is a pancake air compressor, here is a link:

With 13,000 Rupee you can have a cpap machine instead.
I love the service at https://www.cpap.com

Well, this one is beyond 45,700 Rupees...

If you are really squeezed on money try watching ebay for used equipment (and this forum).

I take it night time PSF (pancake swallowing failure) is sometimes addressed by pancake air compressors? Sounds like logical therapy...

Hello,
I am verry sorry. I do not understand prank. English is not language spoken in my home. I have looked for breathing machine from computer. I do not understand many words about breathing machine. I have been looking for a Spirit breathing machine. This is very much rupees. I see less rupees breathing machine on internet that works same as spirit machine called tyco or goodnit machine. I can not locate a goodnit machine . I try to find in dumdum kalata. It is 2 day travel . I wish to locate goodnit machine .
I must go return to my home from book repository. This is where computer is located.

Good Luck

The mistaken machine has a slightly humorous sounding name in the English language, Surly. We eat pancakes for breakfast in the U.S. yet the mistaken machine has absolutely nothing to do with what we eat. So the humor regards the machine's potentially confusing name.

On a serious note, we wish you the very best of luck finding an affordable machine. I don't know if the following organization can assist you in locating your machine:

Greetings,

Thank you much for your most kind reason. I read many post. Much I have learn from kindness of posts. May I impose question of Goodnite breathing machine. I see on cpap.com. is much regulated electric needed. We have very small wire . If many item use at once it cause wire to heat and swith go off.

420e Power

Surly, my understanding is that the Goodknight machine will consume about 40 watts of electricity without a heated humidifier---perhaps double that wattage if you used a heated humidifier (depending on brand). The GoodKnight machine would thus be very similar to adding a low-to-mid wattage lamp to your house's electrical circuit. As long as you are not running too many high-wattage appliances at night you will not have to worry about overloading your electrical circuits.
