Can I use my respironics heated humidifier with 420E? How would I connect 420E to the humidifier?

Assuming you are talking about the integrated RemStar heated humidifier: My strong guess is that you cannot use it on the PB 400 series machines. . Even if you used somewhat creative hose-routing to couple the air input and air output of the Respironics, you would still be missing the infra-red data link that the Remstars use to control their integrated heaters.

SWS is right. The Remstar Heated Humidifer will only work with the Remstar line of cpap machines. All the controls and the power source are built into the cpaps machines. It can't be powered or operated with any other cpap.
