cpaptalk.com mentioned in our local paper

Post by Pad A Cheek » Thu Dec 03, 2009 6:44 pm

I got a call from a local paper reporter and she asked if she could do a story on my little business. I told her of course she could.
I mentioned that my friends here on cpaptalk.com have been very helpful in being testers for my designs. She mentioned cpaptalk.com and even checked it out to see what the forum is all about.

Even a small paper story can help get more people to get the kind of support they need with their therapy.
I am glad she plugged this great forum.

Thanks for sharing. That is wonderful and a photograph would have really made it special.

Thanks Rooster,
The newspaper actually did have a photo of me all masked up. She asked me if I minded having that picture in the paper, I told her absolutely not. Please do use it. I am a proud hose head.

It was not a bad picture from the paper, even if the title was incorrect. Oh well, it is a start.

Good going, Karen. The more publicity OSA (and the forum! and your own website!) gets, the better. Nice article.
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))
