I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else.I bought my encore viewer software in August 2009 and it worked fine.But lately when you go to view your results the starting date is stuck on September 28,2009 and will not change.I can manually up it but it used to do it by itself.I have reinstalled it twice now hoping that would correct it but No Luck.Any thoughts on this.
