sore teeth

Post by xiola » Sun Nov 08, 2009 10:46 am

i have a nasal pillow mask, and i find during the night that while i sleep with my mouth closed, im holding it closed by pushing my bottom teeth against my top teeth.

so i wake up with sore teeth. weird, i know.

any suggestions? im a little worried im going to cause damage if this goes on longterm.

You might also try a chin strap, I have found the resporinics deluxe comfortable.

Honestly I wouldn't go with a chin strap... as it appears that you're clenching your teeth. A chin strap in my opinion would make it worse.
