Change flow on RemstarPro

I have lost 52 lbs. (270 to 218) my sleep Doc closed his practice and went back to Syria. He was supposed to send my records to another Doc, but didn't. I am at 13cm and have been waking up belching and air flapping my lips. I need to lower my flow, but don't know how. My insurance co. bought the machine and the Cpap provider won't help. Can anyone? Thanks

We can certainly help with this, but we need to know exactly what model. Is it an M model or older and really a pro?

Also, flapping lips are "mouth leaks" which need fixing with other means, not necessarily a pressure reduction.

Hold down both the left and right buttons while simultaneously plugging the power
supply into the device. Once the device beeps twice, it is in provider mode and you can
release the buttons.
You can view and modify prescription settings using the Provider Setup screens and view data
about device usage on the Provider Data screens.
To navigate the display screens:
Use the button to navigate to the next screen and the button to navigate to the previous
screen.
Use the + and — buttons to adjust the settings on the Setup screens.
Push the on button to save and exit the set-up mode.
