Every night on 1.5. Without it, my nose would dry up like the Sahara!

I use mine all night, every night at 2.

I use it every night except when I travel because it adds bulk to the security checkin procedures. When I don't use it, I have more leaks and wake up feeling dried out.

I guess with the humidity here I haven't needed it from May up until 3 nights ago. I had a dry throat once the heat kicked on in the house. After reading posts here I installed the humidifier and set it at one. My throat feels fine this morn and my leak line was pretty smooth.

I live where the humidity is low to very low.

I use the humidifier all year long, needing more humidity when the weather is drier.

I have a separate humidifier and machine -- when I forget to turn the humidifier on, my nose and mouth dry up and it either keeps me from falling asleep, or wakes me.

Considering where I am, a humidifier is an absolute necessity. My M-Series integrated humidifier was always set on 3. When I started using the HC150 a few months ago, I set it to 1.5, and that was sufficient for the summer months. I just recently turned it up to 2, and I may need to increase the setting a bit more when I turn the heat on in the house.

I live in NY where it's very humid in the summer, and in the winter, when the baseboard heat kicks in, my house gets pretty dry. So my habit has been to use the humidifier from around November through March, usually set on 2. Then I put it away until the following year.

I live in Houston with high humidity and since I am on low pressure (6.5), i don't really use the humidifier. But when I caught a flu last week, I noticed that the a setting of 2 on the humidifier helped my congestion and soothed the sore throat and nose tremendously.

I use it every night. I may have to adjust the setting a little on occasion, but never very much. I can't imagine not having some humidification!

I use mine sometimes when I can remember to put water in it. I usually have it set to passover. I'm glad I have one but could do with out if I had to.
