Still wicked confused!! (and without machine)

I went for my sleep study on the 21st of may, I had my machine on the 21st of june one of the best birthday presents I ever got. I really don't like the customer service people at Apria Healthcare, but after I complained and said I was going to file a complaint with my ins. co. they now put me right thru.
