Oh the possibilities. Lets see, we can have a 21 pressure program. Call interventions "Rainouts". Our meetings will be "Friends of the Elephant Man". Every anniversary we can hand out special nasal pillows.

If the Lone Ranger had this many choices in masks his horse would have been called Nickle instead of Silver and Tonto would have left him for a higher paying gig.

Its the Air, the Air, I tell you. No one mentioned the side effects of CPAP therapy on an oxygen starved brain. Or maybe I was just to tired to be insane. LOL

Don't say that. Sooner or later somebody is going to notice that suction might be as good as blowtion. Ever seen one of those gizmos that make it possible to make balloons loaded with goodies, like at the carnival? (Hint. Google 'balloon stuffing') Ouch.

?

Could you ruminate on a shorter name? Or acronym?
How about: FRUMP: Full Room Ultra Mask Process?

Mike,

Keep collecting! We need a National Cpap Interface Museum. Just think of the exhibits that will show the progression of interfaces through the ages. Thirty years from now they'll look at the Swift, Activa, and all the current ones with abject horror. "Those were from the dark ages," they'll whisper with a shudder...

heheh, Will. And they'll look at a rumpled panty hose tights leg in a glass case and whisper... "What was THAT used for?"

Another thank you for the post. My only concern is your dropping the suggestion of another orifice as a possibility. There is probably a wacko mask engineer out there somewhere already saying, "I can do that!"

So what is the bottom line. I just had my sleep study and a mask is in the future. The nose mask made me feel like I was sufficating. By the way you can send me your trial masks. Our facial size and shape should be about the same.

Aloha
