Right on, Bob!

Mine was .7 and I feel pretty awesome and sharp myself. I also had a great mountain bike ride too this morning.

I'm jealous

Mine was 5 which is as low as it has been, but I swear I feel worse. Night before last was 12 and I think I felt better yesterday. Go figure!

Zero, Bob? Awesome! Amazing! Good on you! Way to go!

Lazyace - how much sleep did you get last night as opposed to the night before?

I'd been getting AIs of 0.1 and 0.2 but i notice a big difference with 0 even though i only slept for 5½ hours.
I did change my pressure last night. I was titrated at 7cm so the doc recommended setting the lowest pressure to 7cm and highest 12cm. But last night i set the lowest pressure to 6.4 and i notice from the pressure graph it used a pressure of 6.4-6.7 for much of the night. However i did have slightly more HI's than normal so I continue to play the game ....

Again i got a bit of an adrenalin rush knowing i was being naughty in changing my pressure without asking my doc first. And an even bigger rush knowing that its recorded on my data card an he will get to see it

Ten bucks says he won't mention it (or maybe not even notice...)

I've found that if my AHI is under 4 I will only sleep 4.5-5.5 hours. I can try to go back to sleep, but I'll only feel worse if I do. I get up when I wake up.

i think you could bet way more than that

Seriously at my 3 month check up he printed out just the summary graphs in black and white using the default scales on the graphs and told I'm doing fine and to keep doing what I'm doing

At my 6 month check up i arrived with detailed color report with the graph scales adjusted and pointed out the 4 or 5 events lasting 10 - 15 secs that i was still getting. I feel that's what finally persuaded him to get me a rx for an APAP

I think that's what i need to do, wake up and get up. I've been going to bed early (9pm) and waking at 4-5am removing the mask and sleeping to 7am then waking up feeling worse than i did when i woke at 4-5am.

Bob, that's what hubby was doing in the beginning and if I was awake(which I usually was in those days) I could actually witness the events happening in that period with the mask off. Those last hrs without the mask seemed to undo all the benefits of the whole night's therapy and he awoke groggy, so I put a stop to that pretty fast! (Don't ask me how!) Congrats on the 0.0 AI. About 8.5 last night and maybe 9+ the night before
