ResScan Printing Reports/Sleep MD Appt Tomorrow

Post by elg5cats » Mon Jun 22, 2009 7:13 pm

I can no longer print any reports from the ResScan. Previously I was able to print customized reports. When I try to print, I get an error message ResScan has trapped something and ResMed is removing a plug in. I then get a blank page with a message the ResScan is a Demo and the program shuts down. I was printing reports without any problems 3 months ago. I am getting the same message when running ResScan on my laptop Vista 32 bit and Desktop Windows XP. Anyone else having similiar problems or know a solution. I have a sleep MD appt tomorrow and would like to print reports for the MD again.

Thanks in advance.

Uninstall Internet Explorer 8 (IE8) if you have upgraded to; ResScan doesn't work with IE8. I had this problem with both XP and Vista64

I have installed IE8 (Internet Explorer version , and I'm still able to print reports from ResScan 3.7. So it appears that IE8 is not always the cause of the ResScan print problem.

Joeb989, what system are you running ResScan on? Thanks, elg5cats

I'm running Windows XP Professional on a Dell Dimension PC.
