Just had to share! :)

Post by klockemy » Mon Jun 01, 2009 10:24 am

With everyone's help, expert advice and friendly coaching (as well as some trial and error), I think I finally hit a sweet spot....and it only took me three weeks to get there. I slept great and woke up, on my own, 7 minutes before the alarm went off, feeling on top of the world. Thank you all for your kind tutelage and encouragement. Below is a copy of last night's report.....I have NEVER had a leak line that looked like that before!

Kevin

That's great, Kevin.
Could you add some links to the problems you had and the solutions - I think that would be very encouraging to newbies. I remember mouth leaks were an issue, and getting the Hybrid to do its job.

Kevin......

Super leak line!

Looking at the numbers, I'm betting you can experiment with 0.5-cm more....and drop the AHI a bit below where you are now.

You're close....real close....if not almost perfect.

Cool

Gerald

Thanks, All!

Don't worry, DB, I am sure you'll find it...just look behind the furby.

I just might to that tonight, Gerald. I am considering doing one more night like last night to ensure it wasn't a fluke before making changes.
