So W7 is simply a marketing ploy, to avoid the bad rep of Vista?

Windows 7 will still be Windows.
Will it solve Vista issues?
No... it will simply present them in another annoying way.

WTF?

written by an admittedly biased Ubuntu user... Ubuntu since August of 2005. I will not go back.

I gave up. Took the Boat Anchor into Seattle Laptop. Traded it in on a Lenovo Thinkpad running Windows XP and Open Office. I'll decide later if I want to spend $189 to get Access, as well.

I'll keep you posted as to loading Encore Pro. Forgot to bring the disks with me this weekend, so I haven't gotten there yet.

Cheers,
B.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

That is the MS development philsophy.
Say what you will, MS has provided me w/a 25yrs career.
DOS3.3 through, presently Vista.
If this stuff worked as advertised and users could
actually figure it out, I'd be out of a job.

Versions?? yes, keep them coming.

I said that.

I may be certifiable.... but certified scientist? ... hmmm...

yeah yeah... I'm MS certified as well. Although I have to admit I stopped after NT.

I do, however, understand job security.

And actually... I sell MS licensing state wide and probably do 5 to 7 million a year. I love when they rev new product as it breaks all the old stuff and people have to upgrade!

I just won't actually USE it myself.... unless it's in a virtual machine sandbox.... then maybe...

I sure would hate to give up Pro Analyzer also. Just when I think I can survive Vista or Windows 7 I find out more bad things about it!!

Because the price was right. My DME gave it to me for free!

I'm also hopeful that EPAnalyzer will work with 64bit Windoze 7 sometime in the future.
