Question.
Hey Oscar,
It sounds like you really need to get some help from your Doctor or DME. Did you have a sleep study done? What was your levels titrated at?
Did you order the machine online? If you got it locally, the vendor should have already setup the proper levels for you. They should have also explained how to use the mask/machine too. It sounds like you've pretty much had the machine dumped on you with no info. whatsoever.
I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the machine you are using and I don't use the nasal pillows either. There is certainly some good information on this board that you could search for. I'm certain someone here can give you more specific information. If you could give the exact name and brand of mask and machine you are using, that might help a lot too.
This forum really has a great amount of info. and you can probably find what you need here. And certainly plenty of positive reinforcement too. Don't give up yet just because no one gave you the proper information when you received the machine.

Oscar,
The two little holes in the mask are for people who need oxygen.
If you don't use oxygen the two little holes should be covered by the caps.
There are also ventilation holes on masks - they don't have caps, and should never be covered.
There are two things on the cflex auto that you can adjust by pressing the proper buttons, based on how comfortable you feel.
1. Ramp - if it was setup to function on your machine when you press the ramp button it will lower the pressure, and then raise it gradually.
2. Cflex - this option lower the pressure when you breathe out, so that breathing out becomes easier. It goes from 1 - small change to 3 - big change.
Read the manual very carefully, and if you don't understand the English, get someone to help you.
It is very important that you understand your machine, and all other technical terms, before you make further changes.
Try to read the FAQ at https://www.cpap.com and also the information on http://www.talkaboutsleep.com.
Good luck!
