Encore pro data card

I've had the Encore pro smartcard for about a year now-I went to download data from it and it's stopped at the end of March. It won't give me Aprils data, I thought I read here that the card can only hold so much data. If this is true do I have to buy another card or is there a way the old data can be erased?

The data rolls over, the new staying the old dropping off. What do you read the carde with Encore Pro has a erase card function. Jim

Thanks Jim for your reply. I thought I read that here somewhere on this site but it was probably a couple of years ago. So the card should keep giving me new data everyday, You never have to replace the card inless of course you loose or damage it?

I format my card once a week and never have any problems.

I erase mine each time I read it each day.

Please check to verify what dates you're selecting in your software to see the data. (It's sooooo easy not to update them.) The result would be not seeing the current data.
