I Think I Broke cpaptalk.com!!

When I try to mark all topics read, I get "INSERT INTO cpaptalkPageTrackingTbl (Session_ID, IPAddress, WebpageUrl) VALUES ('','198.59.163.2','/viewforum.php?f=1&mark=topics') Table 'secure_cpaptalk.cpaptalkPageTrackingTbl' doesn't exist"

I'm sorry I broke cpaptalk.com! I promise I won't do it again!!

And now when I try to post from the "Work In Progress Page" it says "Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /usr/www/users/secure/cpaptalk.com/db/mysql4.php on line 48
message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?"

Then we must have broken it together. I had the same thing before. Restarted my computer, thinking it was just me. Coincidentally, it fixed the problem.
