Has anyone heard of Provent. It is a new device for treating apnea

I did a search for Provent and found a couple of threads about it from earlier this year.
Diagnosed 9/4/07
Sleep Study Titrated to 19 cm H2O
Rotating between Activa and Softgel
11/2/07 RemStar M Series Auto with AFlex 14-17
10/17/08 BiPAP Auto SV 13/13-23, BPM Auto, AHI avg <1

Any idea what it is? I have heard some good things about it but have not found it anywhere.

Provent Therapy

Seems weird. It creates resistance on the exhale, and the valve opens on the inhale. It is my understanding that the real problem occurs when the airway collapses on the inhale, so this device would not help that at all from what I could tell... then again I'm a newbie and could be wrong about that.
