Software skipping nights

Getting sick of this machine skipping data nights. The reason I don't clear my card is because I don't know when the DME/insurance is going to demand a download. Thankfully the machine will be mine in a few months and I can get them out of my hair once and for all. But I am not sleeping well. This @#%$#% mask leaks I have no idea why. The post office has "lost" no less than 3 packages, so getting a new mask has been quite a challenge

Your "missing" data is normal for this machine and card. It has happened to everyone who owns this type of machine. I thought I might be an execption, but alas it started to happen to me too. The fix seems to be re-formatting the card once a week. That has worked for me and quite a few of others also. One solution for you is to print out your reports either daily or weekly and then do the format. The card re-writes over itself after a certain amount of time and that seems to be where the skipping of days and data occurs. Other than that there is not much else one can do to keep all the data. I format my card every Sunday after I have downloaded the weeks worth of data and since I have been doing it this way I have had NO more lost days!
