Seriously, I believe that sleep deprivation causes craving for higher calorie foods. The body is trying to regain balance and get energy.
I understand that a good round of sex burns up around 300 calories.

I saw a similar article a while back. It seems in some children there snoring can use up so much energy
there normal weight gain is stunted.
