beginner problems

To put your equipment in your profile so that it shows up on your posts, do the following:

1) Click on User Control Panel (located upper left part of the page, just under search - in light blue text)
2) Click on the tab Profile
3) Click on Edit Equipment

Keep up the good work. Being curious and trying new things to find out what works best for you should help you get to a place where you're getting good sleep.

You have to be a registered member of the forum in order to hava a profile.
And you have to login using your registered user name for the profile to show.
As "lama" you're a guest. You registered as DELILAMA - so that's the name whose profile you can edit.

I didn't see a (Guest) notation below ...lama's name so didn't think about guest status versus member - good thinking!!
