Hi everyone,
A few days ago I received the data module, memory card and software for my Intellipap machine. I attached the module to the machine and was able to download data to the software for my first night.
However, on the two subsequent nights, when I try to download the data, even though the program tells me that I have downloaded new data, there does not seem to be any new data downloaded. That is, the report only comes up with the first night's data--nothing appears for the next night.
When I put the memory card in the machine, it tells me that the transfer was successful--but no new data appears when I run a report in the software.
Any suggestions you might have would be appreciated!

Have you given the software enough time to "digest" the data and create the report?? I had that happen once or twice early on w/ResScan and it was just that I was too impatient during the report "creation".

Well, I have shut down the software and restarted it. It still looks like I have only one night's worth of data recorded. Though I have had it installed for three nights.
