Respironics M Series Card and Software!

I've had this monster for a month and was told to come back today for an evaluation of my usage. I was told
it would be able to tell them everything! The tech takes the card out of the side of machine and for the next
30 minutes tries to upload data-so he says-to his computer. Alas! He gives up telling me to get a new machine
on my own or just keep using it. It's working. Holy Sh--? I cannot believe it. I know the machine works. He took a single
piece of paper out of box before giving machine to me that contained instructions on how to program, read etc. for
admin. onlly. Anyone know those instructions and/or how to get the necessary equipment to upload ? THX!!!

By now, you've realized that you're on your own....if you want good therapy.

Read everything on this forum....the people who post here are delightful......and very helpful.

Study all the material posted under "Our Wisdom"....see the yellow lightbulb at the top of the page.

Next.....determine what equipment you have......the model of the M-Series.....the kind of mask, etc. Fill out your "profile" so that we can see what you have.

Once everyone can see what your running, they can give excellent help.

The lady at my DME also spent hours getting data printed out from my Smart Cart. First, she didn't realize there had been an update to the online program they use. Second, no one had saved their login password so she had to call in to get it reset before doing the update. Third, she just hadn't done it enough to really know what she was doing... and she was really, really irritated that my doctor and I wanted printouts in the first place. This kind of "service" is part of the joy of dealing with medical supply companies.
