Dumb question about DME

I see that term a lot and was unsure what DME stood for ?

DME = Durable Medical Equipment (supplier)
It's the place where most people get their CPAP equipment. Like a pharmacy for Big Medical Stuff.

Under "our wisdom" at the top: Sleep Apnea Definitions .. and toward the bottom of the page links to more definitions.

There are no dumb questions about DMEs; only questions about dumb DMEs.

Not all DMEs are dumb, though. Some are ingenious at making mullah.

And a few have very nice helpful people who really know their stuff. So I hear. Wouldn't know, myself, though, from what I've experienced.
