Hi Mary, I also live in Rochester, and stopped down there last week to look around. They have a pretty fair selection of masks and machines, plus all the other CPAP paraphernalia. They will let you try on masks in different sizes, so that's a plus. I was just browsing, so I can't comment on any purchase experience.

They are excellent and provide a high level of patient one-to-one interaction.

I used one here in the Niagara Falls area for a mask purchase that I wanted "right now". It's the first brick and mortar I've ever used that didn't make me feel like I needed a bath when I left (from the slime balls inside). They were very nice, very helpful, and seemed knowledgeable.

I will also say, however, that I have a high degree of loyalty to cpap.com (this message board's host). A few years ago after I had given up on cpap for a variety of reasons, only to realize how badly I needed it... it was the folks at cpap.com and here on these boards that quite literally probably saved my life.

So cpap.com is still my first choice.

Some things you just don't forget.

Does CPAP Express in Rochester, NY have a website? I've been using one CPAP model with 'pillows' and it isn't the greatest thing. I need another option. Thx.

Snoredog, why in the heck do you need to be so disgustingly nasty? Do you not recognize that comments like this bring you lower than the objects you describe? If you indeed have such a foul and unpleasant personality as you frequently show here, could you practice filtering that online? Such trash as you sling here simply reduces your credibility on the things that you may actually know something about. I do not intend this in a mean-spirited way. I really just don't get why you do this.

Cpap.com has earned my loyalty and future business. I have dealt with them over the phone and on the internet and the service is second to none. They also host this wonderful site.

I realize you are really really slow, but which part of that message do you not understand?
