? About Encore Viewer

Post by PMG » Tue Oct 28, 2008 11:33 am

Hello Everyone, I'm finally going to order the Encore software and USB card reader. I have the M-series Auto c-pap with A-flex machine. I just wanted to make sure that this is the correct software and card reader? And is that all I need for my computer is the software and card reader?

Thank you all in advance for your help!
This is a great site,
Patty

Yep! Well, you also need a computer to load it on, but I presume you HAVE that.

Yes, That'll do it. Computer savvy is the only other helpful thing to have.

Now do it.
Good Luck,

Computer needs to run Windows XP or Vista in 32 bit. Won't run on 98 (won't support USB ports) or Vista in 64 bit.

I think Windows 98 SE, can support USB Ports. Jim

There are always serial port card readers too.

I just ordered and installed the same a few weeks ago. You will probably recieve a disk for the card reader and the instructions will tell you to install it before hooking up the card reader. You don't need the disk. Don't use it. The EncoreViewer disk has everything you need for the card reader.

OK, I stand corrected! I still have a working computer with 98 on it. I guess it must not be SE because it does not have any usb ports. I really thought they had quit making the serial version of the card reader. Has anyone tried to load 1.8i on 98?
