Just ordered a new machine!

I have been pleased with my M-Series Pro, card reader, and Encore Viewer. Now that I am feeling better following several months of treatment, I feel like excercising again. Since that will hopefully result in weight loss, I want to be able to self-titrate at home. I just ordered a M-Series Autopap with A-Flex. Thanks to the wealth of great information on this forum, I feel certain this is going to be the best choice for me to manage my current and future therapy needs.
My AHI was 118 during my sleep study in Feb., 2008, and due to the severity of my OSA, it turned into s split study. I operate at 14cm with C-Flex set to 1 on my Pro machine.
I feel certain i will have questions when I set up the machine, but I am equally certain I will find answers within this wonderful community!
