CPAP Auction Seller not Responding to e-mails?
I attempted to buy a Mirage Activa Mask at auction but cannot complete the transaction. I was the highest bidder but the seller will not respond to my e-mails. Any thoughts? This is the first time bought something at the CPAP auction site.

I would contact the CPAP Auction site -- they have a heading on the home page to contact them -- let them know about your problem -- they can contact the seller.
I have ordered three things from them with very good results - sorry you are having trouble as a first time purchaser.

I have never bought from that seller. Was it a new seller or was there feedback to read?
I have not bought from a new seller since I had a problem. The seller I had on that tranaction never sent me the mask. I paid through PayPal but the mask never came. I tried to reach the seller as you did. I contacted cpapauction.com and they told me that there had been a problem with this seller and other buyers. They suggested I go through PayPal to try and get a response from the seller. I emailed from their site several times and no response either. After a period of time PayPal takes over the case but they got nowhere either.
I have not bought from a new seller since and I read feedback!

paypal is an option for payment you dont need a paypal acct.
Reason I prefer them despite their charges, is they have resolved a few matters for me one involving $400 I was trying to get back from a seller who was not supplying an option I ordered (part of a computer purchase on ebay).
My experience is that when paypal contacts most sellers they respond very quickly.
if a week or 2 pass with no response - file feedback saying no response. that warns others.

I'm glad you contacted CPAPauction.com I was having a similar problem...a new seller, as soon as I won I sent an email from the link at the auction item site asking him to send me his paypal info. Two days later he sent me an email, in a way that didn't reveal his email address or provide his paypal address, and said he was still waiting for payment. I emailed him back asking again for his paypal info. I also emailed cpapauction.com. The next day Becky emailed me back with his contact info (email and phone), and asked me to get back to her and let her know whether he responds or not. Luckily, that same day he emailed me with his paypal info. I sent the paypal payment, and hope I will get my mask soon. I did appreciate cpapauction's fast response, and they seemed very concerned about how things were going to progress. I hope you will also get some help from them. Good luck!

Whether or not you receive your product, make sure you post some feed back to their account -- let others know about the problem you had. This might make him/her react faster next time!!

I am having the same problems with this seller. No, she is not a new seller either. According to the feedback no one has had problems with her, but this poster has and so am I. I have just sent in a dispute claim to PayPal to resolve this issue. BEWARE of OLIVERK as a seller to one and all.

The auction site sent me the seller's telephone number today and an alternate e-mail address. I'm glad I decided to ping the seller for a pulse before submitting payment.

I sent you a PM a little bit ago asking if you had received your mask.. From you last post I can see you have not. Please don't pay her until I see how my conflict ends up being resolved. I wouldn' t want anyone else to maybe loose their money also. What date did you win the auction? Mine was the 10/18. Since our claims seem to be at the same time and she has good reviews, there might be a reason for her lack of response. Lot's of things do happen to people. I like to give people the benefit of doubt. Hopefully this is not mis-placed but did just file a dispute with PayPal this morning. I was also given the same info from the site as you and did send out an email with no response so far.

-Perhaps your email ended up in the recipients junk or spam folder and they never look in there.
-Perhaps your email just never got through... for whatever reason.
Have you been able to get this sorted?
