Wow...all I can say is "WOW!"

My first night on my Respironics Auto BiPAP and Mirage Ultra FFM...

Went to sleep about 10:30pm, (wife said I went quickly), and only briefly woke a few times to readjust mask as pressure increased during night. I slept until 4:30am which is when the alarm went off!

For the first time in almost two years I awoke with NO exhaustion, no sleepiness, no fogginess, etc... I awoke fully rested and refreshed. INCREDIBLE feeling! I knew I'd love this therapy since my sleep study last week.

My report said last week I had like 242 apneas during the night and an AHI of 140 or something like that. The lady at the DME yesterday said I had the highest numbers she's ever seen. Whatever...I think the BiPAP has corrected all of that starting last night.

Not sure how to read the data from last night...but it has to be good!

Very excited and very happy to be a hose-head!

maybe she said that to you many times before....LOL... wait for a few more days under therapy and sure she will have a different opinion (an additional therapy benefit).
