I have to use hypoallergenic bandaids!!! (very hard to find!!!) The tape on the EKG sensor that the sleep study techs put on my neck caused my skin under the tape to completely blister and become the most horribly itchy, nasty looking sore square on my neck. It took 3 weeks for it to completely to disappear, too. I looked like I had a hickey for weeks!!!! UGH!!
I also religiously follow the recommendation made by Repironics' reps on a chat on TAS: "For those with sensitive skin, it is a good idea to soak ANY new mask you use for 30-60 minutes in mild soapy water" http://www.talkaboutsleep.com/sleep-dis ... hat.htm#63
O.
Thanks Ozij, I have heard of this tape, but what I have found, was not like it. And it still broke my skin out terribly. I will look for this one.
