Hi all,
I am on the CPap therapy since January 2007.
I feel better but I sleep a lot of hours each night!!
Is it normal after 1 year an a half of therapy?
What do you think?
Sleeping a lot after 1 years and a half of therapy... ???
1) Define alot of hours.
2) What do your stats look like?
3) What do you feel like in the AM?
You might just be someone who requires lots of sleep. You might need to tweak your therapy. But more info is required.
Cheers,
Babs

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula.

Since you have the software, put a copy of your data on this thread and you will get some comments that may help you.
Compare your leak line against this one using the same mask, but at a higher pressure, so your leak should be lower. It is considerably higher so you are either leaking a lot from the nasal pillows OR you are letting your therapy escape out of your mouth. viewtopic/t33270/Thanks-quotAlmost-perf ... hieve.html
Your average AHI is high enough that it can probably be lowered and help you get more restful sleep.
